Auto parts stores only will check the codes for Check Engine ODB2 and not ABS or SRS. May never need the tool again, but glad I have it just in case I get a check engine light or other code. Mazda wanted a $129 diagnostic fee even though I told them I replaced a wheel bearing and then replaced the speed sensor. Went back and then cleared the code and no more lights on the dash. Highlighted the scan for problems and verified the code was due to a speed sensor which I replaced. I went to ABS, then to Japan, then to Mazda. Just follow the GUI to navigate through the screen. ABS is a separate system from the Check Engine Light that does not reset after disconnecting the battery. Assumed it was a speed sensor and replaced it, but the code wouldn't reset by disconnecting the battery. Replaced a wheel bearing on a 2007 Mazda 3 and the light came on.
